We believe that sometimes less is more, that an ordinary day can bring extraordinary experiences, and that freedom is not measured in square meters. That’s why we created this little chalet.

Despite its minimal dimensions, it provides maximum comfort. On just 25 m², you’ll find a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a dining table, a sleeping loft, a shower with a toilet, and a sofa bed. And if you wish, we’ll even add a fireplace.

Imagine spending extended weekends in a cabin in the middle of nature while not giving up your urban apartment.

NO BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED

The chalet meets the criteria for a building that does not require a permit or notification. All you need is your own land, and you can start living. However, we recommend verifying the possibilities with the local building authority.

ON-GRID AND OFF-GRID VERSIONS

The building can be connected to utilities (water, sewage), but it can also function without connections. In that case, the chalet includes a chemical toilet with a cartridge and waste is handled by a soakaway. The chalet gets its electricity from solar panels in both cases.

MATERIAL PROVEN BY HARSH WEATHER

The chalet's construction is made of Nordic pine logs, durable and visually stable wood. It has a darker color than Czech pine and better physical properties than spruce.

READY IN 3 MONTHS FROM ORDER

First, a foundation slab needs to be built, and utilities need to be arranged. If you wish, we can take care of this for you. The assembly itself then takes 2-3 weeks.
